Request a court transcript
Download and complete Sections 1 through 5 of the official Transcript Order Form of an Ontario Court Proceeding, then send the completed form to RecordVerity for review.

Request an Estimate
Ask about anticipated cost and availability before ordering. The final cost depends on the completed page count and the applicable turnaround rate.
